Whilst Digital-Vistas return discs by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge, those customers who wish to have their colour slides or photographs returned are asked to pay half the cost of sending them with regards the return postage.

Digital-Vistas would scan, on average, 100 colour slides per day. Customers who send 1000 colour slides are given a discount on scanning costs, or, for returning customers, when 1000 is reached. Discounts also apply to photograph scanning.
